Kate Soller has taught for nine years, six of which she taught drama and directed plays. Most recently, Kate came from Portland, Oregon where she taught drama at Forest Grove High School. She taught in LAUSD for six years before that.
Kate received her Bachelor of Arts from the Evergreen State College and her Master's from Portland State University, and studied Educational Theater at New York University. Kate has directed musical, comedy and dramatic theater as well as written her own work and directed student devised plays. Kate is thrilled to be a part of Santa Monica High School!
